Privacy notice

What this covers
This notice describes how VENAO DREAM handles information submitted through the enquiry forms on this site, and what the site's analytics tools collect. It is not a substitute for legal advice, and it will be replaced by a full policy once one is prepared.
Enquiry forms
When you submit an enquiry, we collect the name, email address, phone number, and message you provide, along with which project and, for OceanView Ciruelo Hills, which lot the enquiry concerns. We use this only to reply to you. We do not sell it, rent it, or pass it on to anyone other than whoever is designated to receive enquiries for that project. Two automated checks (a hidden field and a minimum time to complete the form) are used to filter spam before a submission is stored or forwarded; they collect no personal information themselves.
So that we know which advertisement, post or partner led you to us, an enquiry also carries the campaign tags in the link you arrived by, if any, the website that referred you, and the page you first landed on. These are held in your browser for that visit only and are sent to us only if you submit the form.
The WhatsApp buttons open a chat in WhatsApp, a service of Meta. What you send there is handled under WhatsApp's own terms and privacy policy.
Analytics
This site uses Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights to understand traffic and page performance. Both are cookie free: they do not use cookies or persistent identifiers to track you across visits, and they do not collect names, emails, or other personal details. They record aggregate information such as which pages were viewed, referring sites, approximate location by country or region, device type, and load performance.
Who holds the land
Title to the Coyote Reserve land is held by Cielo Assets, Corp.. Details for OceanView Ciruelo Hills are available on request.
